How I differentiate myself from other developers is that I can merge MARKETING with WEB DEVELOPMENT.

Usually, marketing teams work with development teams in order to communicate the values and expectations of a website. I'm here to design a website that focused on such values and expectations, specifically targeting consumers that fit the bill according to key heavy users and metrics identified through Google Analytics.

Address NEEDS and create VALUES.

Consumer segmentation strategies and re-marketing strategies are possible by tracking the actions and behaviours of the consumers that browse the website. Such tracking is important - the data allows for the identification of your consumers that are actually interested in your product (and allows for re-marketing strategies for those who aren't), and gives you insight on how to spread awareness of your brand. And THAT'S important - your company's brand, and what values does it bring to your consumers!

I want to be part of a strong team in a welcoming environment, where I'm not even slightly afraid of asking questions, or even receiving criticism. I hope to one day see diversity in cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives within a work environment - and to contribute to it!

I also want to be part of a team that isn't afraid to be accountable for their work. Previously, I worked as a manager for two branches of the company. No matter who's fault it is, as their manager, I was accountable for their mistakes, which I whole-heartedly acknowledge. As their manager, I should have trained them better.

Since working in a tech environment, I tend to see people avoiding accountability. But accountability is such a gem! Acknowledging mistakes and taking accountability for them only facilitates productivity, and creates an opportunity for personal and professional growth.
